To be based at our Trowbridge site, but might need to cover our other sites when needed

Contract

Hours

Part-time, 10 hours per week, 2 hours each morning

Shift Pattern

Ideally working 05.00 - 07.00, but happy to discuss hours at interview

About the role

Day-to-day duties of the role will include:

  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our non-clinical areas of the practice, which includes reception, offices and staff rooms
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors
  • Emptying bins
  • Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen surfaces
  • Dusting all surfaces
  • Wiping down mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Restocking supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels
  • Cleaning windows
  • Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms
What we're looking for
  • Previous cleaning experience is essential, however, as there will be no clinical cleaning needed, experience in a Veterinary setting is not required
  • Our Trowbridge site operates as a 24-hour hospital, with clinical staff available on-site at all times. During your working hours, you may encounter clients who are distressed; we are looking for someone who can show consideration and sensitivity toward them
