Independent Veterinary Practice | Up to £40K annum | bring your dog to work
South Hams, Devon

While full-time is preferred, the practice would consider a part-time arrangement for the right candidate.

Based in a charming Devon market town, the practice operates from a purpose-built facility with modern equipment and is known for delivering excellent patient care within a supportive, collaborative working environment.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated RVN who enjoys a varied nursing role that includes inpatient care and overnight responsibility, within a well-supported independent practice.

  • Full-time preferred (part-time considered)
  • Typically 40–45 hours per week (flexibility available)
  • Usual rota consists of:
    • Three day shifts per week
    • One night shift per week
  • Night shift is a sleeping shift, subject to inpatient requirements
  • Working alongside a dedicated and experienced veterinary team
  • Involvement in a broad range of nursing duties and patient care

The practice provides its own in-house care, allowing nurses to work with familiar colleagues and maintain continuity of care.

  • Hourly rate: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
