We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to lead a nursing team in a dynamic, purpose built practice. You’ll work alongside a talented 6 vet team, including certificate holders in ECC and Surgery, in a practice that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop RVNs, student nurses, and VCAs, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Oversee nursing protocols, ensuring best practices in patient care and clinic efficiency.
  • Work alongside advanced practitioners in surgery and emergency care, contributing to complex cases.
  • Promote a positive, supportive work environment where every team member feels valued.
