GLG Vets is seeking an exceptional Veterinary Customer Experience Manager to lead our team of Customer Experience Coordinators at a leading veterinary practice in Rotherham. Location: Rotherham

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Customer Experience Coordinators to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure clients feel valued and cared for.
• Act as the first point of contact for any escalated customer concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure efficient and smooth operations at the front desk, managing appointment bookings and patient records.
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for both clients and the veterinary team.
