Job description

Do you have Pet Claims Assessing Veterinary Nurse experience and are looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for Pet Claims Assessors to join our Assessing team on a remote basis (must be UK based).

Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday 8am‑4pm while in training and then Monday‑Friday 10‑6pm. No part‑time or condensed hours offered.

Start date: February 2026 – Applicants must be able to commit to this date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process pet insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Work closely with veterinary practices and customers to gather necessary information for claims assessment.
  • Ensure claims are settled swiftly, within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and identify any potential fraudulent claims for referral.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by providing clear, prompt communication and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of policies, products, and systems to help explain cover details to customers.

Must be a qualified Veterinary Nurse experienced Pet Claims Assessor with relevant industry experience.
