Job summary

A vehicle detailing and wrapping company in Harlow is seeking a Vehicle XPEL PPF Wrapper. Candidates with experience in Automotive XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF) are preferred. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and thoroughly clean the body of the vehicle.
• Remove any blocking parts and replace them once the job is completed.
• Cut the Automotive XPEL PPF to size.
• Lay the XPEL PPF on the vehicle, heat, and set.
• Quality check the vehicle to ensure the wrap is of a high standard.

Overview

Our automotive client is an exciting Vehicle Wrapping and Detailing business launched in early 2023. They have contracts with car dealerships where new high-end cars are delivered to the site, professionally wrapped with Automotive XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF) and then collected for presentation to customers.

Role

They are looking for a Vehicle XPEL PPF Wrapper with experience in Automotive XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF) to join their team. They also consider Vinyl Wrappers moving into the PPF side of the industry as Junior/Trainee XPEL PPF Wrapper, with on-the-job training and studying towards becoming a Certified XPEL PPF Installer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and thoroughly clean the body of the vehicle.
• Remove any blocking parts on the vehicle and replace once the job is completed.
• Take measurements and cut the Automotive XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF) to size.
• Lay the XPEL PPF on the vehicle, tuck the edges for a professional finish, heat and set.
• Quality check the vehicle to ensure the wrap is to a high standard.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience with Automotive XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF) or willingness to train; Junior/Trainee path available.
• Ability to work as part of a team; highly organized; passion for cars.
• UK Right to Work and Full UK Driving Licence.

• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm.
• Salary: £26,000–£60,000 basic p.a. dependent on experience; annual bonus up to 10% of salary.
• Contributory pension scheme.

• Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
