Job summary

An automotive services company in South Ockendon seeks a motivated Automotive Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic. You will perform servicing and repairs, MOT testing, and diagnostic assessments. Candidates should possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a valid UK driving licence. An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a family-run Independent Garage, located in South Ockendon, Essex.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
  • Conducitng timing chains and cambelts work.
  • MOT Testing
  • Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
Requirements
  • A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Dedicated and committed approach.

Hours

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm, with alternate Saturday work. Saturday working are 8.00am-1:00pm.
