Overview

Vehicle Technician — Northgate Vehicle Hire, Plymouth, PL21 9GP

Salary: £42,660 OTE (£36,720 Basic + £2,900 pa Bonus OTE + Overtime)

Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours week Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30 + 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00-12:00 (Paid at time and half)

About you

As a Vehicle Technician you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles to ensure they are safe and legally compliant for our customers to hire. If you are Level 2 Qualified Technician with at least 3 years employment as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, MOT Tester, Automotive Mechanic or fully qualified Level 3 Diagnostic Technician, we would love to hear from you.

About our training

We have our own internal IMI accredited training department, where we can upskill you on such things as Hybrid & EV vehicle repair, Tail lift, braking systems, electrics etc:

For those trained to Level 2, you can take a training needs analysis so we can build a personalised training program for you to increase your skillset.
