Vehicle Technician - Maidstone Area

Basic Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 DOE

OTE: £40,000 - £45,000 (with bonus)

Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime available

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to join a supportive, family-run garage with a strong reputation for quality and customer service?

The Role

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Undertake diagnostic and fault-finding work where required
• Work confidently with modern workshop and diagnostic equipment
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of safety and quality
• Support workshop efficiency and work well within a close-knit team

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (IMI or equivalent)
• Strong background in vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair
• Diagnostic experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Confident working on a range of makes and models (experience with hybrid and electric vehicles advantageous)
• Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented
