• £14,000 Basic Salary
• Generous uncapped commission structure £55,000+ Realistic OTE easily achievable

Duties of a Sales Executive with our Client

• Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets
• Achieve maximum profitability on Vehicle sales
• Selling GAP, Warranty and Finance
• Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
• Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty, and finance facilities
• Achieve industry‑leading standards of customer care
• Be knowledgeable of all products, accessories, price, and key features

What our Client expects of their Sales Executives

• Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
• Experience of working in car sales - preferred but not essential
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills
• Confident communication skills
• Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory / process orientated environment)

• Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity.
