  • Understand insurer and customer contracts for compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and partners.

We have an opportunity for a Lead Vehicle Damage Assessor to support this clients Bodyshop in Skelmersdale [Lancashire]. This role as Lead VDA at Skelmersdale [Lancashire] is also an opportunity for the right person to step up into site management with this business.

Responsibilities :
  • Use your Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA] skills to lead & develop a team of 4 other VDA's
  • Prepare accurate, fair, and fully justified repair assessments using the latest repair methods
  • Use Audatex confidently and maintain knowledge of GT Global
  • Understand insurer and customer contracts to ensure compliance
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Experience :
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA] / Estimator.
  • Able to commute to the Skelmersdale [Lancashire] Bodyshop site
  • Skilled in Audatex
  • Strong communication skills for working with customers, insurers, and colleagues
