Job summary

A leading vehicle repair company near Heathrow is looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join their team. We are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join one of the UK’s leading prestige body shops, operating across three sites near Heathrow. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled assessor to work on a diverse range of vehicles, including prestige and luxury models, within a fast‑paced and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to accurately assess damage following accidents.
  • Prepare detailed damage reports and estimates using industry‑standard software.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurers, and workshop teams to provide updates and ensure clarity on repair processes.
  • Ensure all assessments comply with company standards and insurance guidelines.
  • Work closely with the repair team to provide technical advice and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage assessments efficiently across multiple sites.
