Spectrum Brands UK is a leading consumer products company behind some of the UK’s most recognised household brands, including Russell Hobbs, Remington, George Foreman, IAMS and Tetra. We supply a broad range of customers across the UK, from major retailers such as Argos, Amazon, John Lewis, Pets at Home and Boots, through to all major grocery chains, high street retailers, and ecommerce platforms. Our Wombourne Distribution Centre is a critical hub within the UK and EMEA network, distributing brands including Russell Hobbs, Remington, George Foreman. The site handles 1,500–2,500 pallets per week, operates across two shifts, employs circa 70 FTE, and is supported by a newly integrated SAP EWM system. Alongside our B2B operation, we are growing a strong D2C channel, shipping 5,000+ consumer orders per month, making this a fast‑paced, complex and highly visible operation.
As Warehouse Conversions & Fulfilment Manager, you will lead and optimise the conversions operation, where products are reworked, repacked and configured to customer‑specific requirements, ensuring efficiency, service excellence and compliance at all times. You will manage a team of 16 FTE plus temporary labour, driving daily, weekly and monthly performance while continuously improving ways of working, productivity and cost efficiency. This is a hands‑on leadership role within Operations, with responsibility for people, performance, planning, health & safety, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Warehouse / Operations Manager who thrives in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment, with proven experience leading people, improving processes and delivering results.
