🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00-16:00

Are you an experienced and proactive Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for your next career move? This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected Facilities Maintenance provider and play a key role in delivering high-quality building services across residential sites in Woking.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
  • Undertake general building services work, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.
  • Update and maintain service records through a PDA-based system.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors for specialist tasks when required.
  • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and site-specific procedures.
  • Conduct routine inspections and take proactive measures to maintain building performance.
✅ Candidate Requirements
  • City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical disciplines.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls.
  • Mechanical bias with basic electrical knowledge.
  • Proven background in commercial maintenance.
