📍Coverage: Vauxhall, Richmond, Twickenham

💷Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 + Overtime

🕒Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Handle general building services tasks, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date service records via a PDA-based maintenance system.
• Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site‑specific protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good working knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls.
• Mechanical bias, with basic electrical knowledge.
• Demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance.
