Overview

Valuation Surveyor – Commercial, Residential & Mixed-Use
Location: West London
Salary: £55,000–£65,000 + Bonus (up to £20k) + Benefits

I’m working with an independent London practice that’s looking to hire two MRICS-qualified Valuation Surveyors into its West London office. This is a team with a strong pipeline of instructions and a reputation for giving surveyors real client exposure and a rewards structure that properly reflects individual contribution.

The Role

You’ll deliver RICS Red Book valuations across a wide range of property types, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets in London and the Home Counties. Typical work includes:

  • Secured lending valuations for major banks
  • Acquisition and disposal valuations
  • Portfolio and investment appraisals
  • General practice services including lease advisory, landlord & tenant matters, and statutory valuations
About You
  • MRICS-qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer
  • Post-qualification valuation experience (commercial, residential, or mixed-use)
  • Confident handling instructions and client relationships
  • Comfortable working in-office in West London, with travel across London and the Home Counties

Extra credit if you bring landlord & tenant or business rates experience, but it’s not essential.
