A leading UK supermarket is seeking a skilled Midweight UX Researcher to join its multidisciplinary team. We’re looking for a skilled and versatile Midweight UX Researcher with a true passion for people to join our multidisciplinary team.
As a Researcher at the UK’s largest supermarket, you’ll help discover new ways to improve the ways millions of people shop. You’ll uncover the how, why and when of customer needs, helping shape and validate solutions that make every stage of a customer’s shopping journey easier. You’ll get to grips with balancing business goals and user expectations, generating research that helps tackle both. And you’ll work together with a team of true experts to overcome every challenge.
Audiences don't get bigger or more diverse than this. We have 11 million active app users and over 1 million online grocery orders a week. So, you’ll need a big appetite for research methodologies. That includes qualitative and quantitative research, customer interviews and data synthesis.
