Job Description

The client is seeking a UX Researcher to support our product teams in delivering user-centered solutions. This contingent role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional partners, conduct research, and provide actionable insights to inform product development. The position is office based working from our office in Central London

Role Description
  • Drive end-to-end research projects, from scoping to analysis
  • Design and execute qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions.
  • Analyse research data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Run usability testing programs in close collaboration with other UX Researchers
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the development process.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Responsibilities
  • Sitting with reality labs working on a new device. As part of this there will be some user research that is required.
  • Usability testing on hardware devices to make sure there is a good user experience.
  • This will require in lab and in office usability testing on products within reality labs. For example: Quest
  • Lot of in person research, will be working closely with researchers on the team. They look at how the apps are working and one will be looking at the usability of the apps.
  • They will be running research and looking at the different elements of the research.
  • Will be required to engage with XFN partners: i.e product teams
  • Need experience of usability research and require them to do.
  • Need to be familiar with usability techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
