UX Design Contractor 3 Month Contract (Immediate Start)

We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our award-winning digital team on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in delivering user‑centred intuitive and engaging experiences across our customer‑facing platforms.

What Youll Do:

• Lead UX work across the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Help implement upcoming brand changes across digital journeys
• Create wireframes prototypes and interaction flows to test and communicate design ideas
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Run iterative design cycles using data research and feedback
• Contribute to and maintain our design system and component library
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers content and marketing
• Communicate design rationale clearly and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Champion UX thinking across the business through demos workshops or internal posts
• Support junior designers with guidance and best practice

What Youll Bring:

• Proven experience delivering UX design for complex digital products
• Expertise in modern design tools especially Figma
• Strong prototyping capability and confidence working end to end
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail
• Experience working in fast‑paced digital environments
• A curious creative mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Contract ready and available at short notice

Up to 500 Day Rate:

This is an outside IR35 day rate contract for an initial 3‑month term with potential to extend. We need someone who can make an impact from day one so immediate availability is ideal.
