The role

You\'ll lead accessibility-focused user research across digital and non-digital touchpoints, ensuring services meet the Service Standard and support users with access needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Reviewing existing user research to identify accessibility gaps and service risks
  • Mapping user touchpoints across channels, with a focus on accessibility and assisted digital support
  • Identifying and analysing user journeys, highlighting gaps impacting users with access needs
  • Defining and running user research methods prioritising accessibility
  • Creating and delivering a user research plan aligned to accessibility standards
  • Designing and conducting research with users with disabilities, including those affected by cognitive load
  • Researching accessibility across digital and non-digital services
  • Embedding research insight by working closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout the research life cycle
What we\'re looking for
