Job summary

A consultancy partner is seeking an experienced User Researcher for a 3-month contract in Sheffield. The role involves conducting user research to inform product and service decisions for public sector clients. Candidates should have proven user research experience, especially within the UK public sector, and possess strong skills in usability testing and stakeholder communication. This position allows for remote work at a maximum rate of £450pd inside IR35.

User Researcher

We’re looking for an experienced User Researcher to join our consultancy partner on an initial 3 month contract. You’ll plan and deliver high-quality user research to inform product and service decisions, working closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders across their public sector clients.
