We're building the next generation of design at Capgemini. As a User Researcher in our Experience Design team, you'll ensure that the voices, needs, and behaviours of users are at the heart of the services we design. You'll work across complex ecosystems, running research that shapes strategy, informs design, and influences delivery. You will join the growing Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice within Capgemini.

The role of the User Researcher is indeed evolving. To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
