Job summary

A leading consulting firm is looking for a User Researcher with strong experience in Government Digital Service (GDS) projects. The role involves planning and conducting user research across various stages of service delivery, ensuring compliance with GDS standards. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in usability testing and demonstrate an ability to communicate findings clearly. This is a fully remote position for a duration of 3 months.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a User Researcher within GDS or UK public sector projects.
• Strong knowledge of the GDS Service Standard and service assessments.
• Experience running usability testing, interviews, surveys, and workshops.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a User Researcher within GDS or UK public sector projects
• Strong knowledge of the GDS Service Standard and service assessments
• Experience running usability testing, interviews, surveys, and workshops
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to varied audiences
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
