A design recruitment agency is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join their team in Crewe. This role requires a strong flair for design and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include designing user-friendly experiences across platforms, leading the design process, and ensuring consistency. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and a passion for user-centered design are essential. This position offers the chance to influence product direction significantly.
Role: UX/UI Designer
Location: Crewe
Working Arrangement: 2 days a month
Salary: Up to £50k

You will thrive working in an agile environment and will enjoy solving real user problems. You will be able to bring creativity and structure to the design process. You will be designing user-friendly and scalable experiences on iOS, Android and web applications. You will have the opportunity to shape and evolve the design strategy and influence product direction across multiple platforms.
You will have had experience of leading the design process from the discovery stage, all the way through to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring that they are developer-ready assets. You will be a collaborative individual who has experience working with Product Managers and developers.
You will be able to conduct user research and testing in order to validate design decisions and identify any areas for improvement. You will be working to maintain and evolve the designs in order to ensure consistency and scalability. Contribution is key within this role as you will be involved in integrating new features into existing product ecosystems.
