Location: Field-based (covering UK retailer network in and around Midlands, Yorkshire & Wales)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45-50K DOE + 20% Bonus + Company Car
We re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Used Car Area Manager (UCAM) to join our team! In this pivotal field-based role, you ll be responsible for developing and improving the sales performance and profitability of Volkswagen Passenger Cars retailers.
Working closely with retailer management teams and brand field colleagues, you ll provide expert guidance, coaching, and analysis to improve the professionalism, performance, and customer experience of retailer used car departments. You ll ensure retailers are aligned with the short, medium, and long-term objectives of the brand while driving sustainable growth and compliance with Approved Used standards.
This role would suit a commercially minded professional with significant experience in automotive retail or manufacturer field operations.
