Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with US immigration regulations and processes.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and navigating complex case escalations with legal or immigration counsel.
• Experience in broader Human Resources, compliance or regulatory work.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders – US and ROW.
• Experience working in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary advisor on US immigration policies.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with external legal counsel.
• Oversee case management and execution of immigration filings.
• Lead special projects impacting immigration policy and compliance.
• Develop training for HR and global mobility stakeholders.
• Deliver periodic reports on immigration metrics to leadership.
• Monitor changes in US immigration laws for compliance.
• Lead H-1B lottery process with external partners.
• Review invoices for service accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely I-9 completions.
