They’re now looking to appoint a US Tax Senior Manager to help lead and expand their offering across US fund reporting, private equity, and venture capital clients.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high performing team, working directly with the Partners, without the bureaucracy of larger firms.

The role

Manage and review complex US tax compliance work for fund clients, including Forms 1065, K-1s, PFICs, and FATCA / CRS reporting.

Act as a key point of contact for CFOs, fund managers, and external advisors across a broad client portfolio.

Lead, coach, and mentor a growing team of tax professionals

Drive operational improvements, streamline reporting processes, and contribute to broader growth strategy.

Play a lead role in client onboarding, project scoping, and technical advisory work.

About you

Strong US tax experience with a focus on fund reporting (private equity, venture capital, or hedge funds).

ACA / CPA or EA qualified

Experience managing people and delivering work in a fast-paced, client facing environment.

Strong knowledge of 1065s, K-1s, PFICs, and other relevant US reporting requirements.

A commercial, solutions focused mindset and the confidence to help shape a growing function.
