Qualifications

  • Must be a non-medical prescriber with demonstrable experience.
  • Completed advanced physical assessment course or willing to pursue level 7.
  • Registered as fit to practice by NMC as an adult nurse.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care and treatment to patients at home to prevent hospital admissions.
  • Assess nursing care and treatment requirements for patients with complex needs.
  • Participate in a 24/7 Urgent Community Response service.
