Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
  • Willingness to work towards a diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Confidence to work alone or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of support workers.
  • Act as a role model for staff.
  • Engage actively with service users and staff.
  • Maintain effective communication with service users and families.
  • Work as part of a team to provide high quality care.
