The school is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Upper KS2 class teacher to join their team from April on a maternity cover basis, with the possibility of continuing into a long-term role. The successful teacher will take responsibility for delivering a broad and engaging curriculum, supported by specialist staff for subjects such as Music, PE, French, Art, Drama, and Games. You will be expected to create a positive learning environment both inside the classroom and outdoors, track pupil progress carefully, and maintain high‑quality records.
This role involves working closely with families and contributing to the wider life of the school through clubs, assemblies, and key events. You will also take part in staff meetings, INSET days, and ongoing training. The school values safeguarding and wellbeing highly, and you will be expected to uphold these standards at all times while modelling the school s core values in daily practice.
