Unqualified Teacher – Colchester

Area:Colchester, Essex
Salary:£100-£140 per day (varied depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours of work:37.5 hours per week (or ad-hoc flexible)
Start date:ASAP

Role:

Are you looking to gain experience in education? Do you want the opportunity to work across a range of different year groups within secondary education?

Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools in Colchester, and we are currently recruiting individuals for Unqualified teaching roles.

A teaching qualification is not required to be successful in this role—just relevant and up-to-date experience working with young people. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone considering a career in education.

This position will allow you to gain experience managing a variety of lessons and building rapport with students. It’s a chance to develop teaching and strong classroom management skills in an environment where lesson plans will always be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising pre-planned, pre-set work from teachers

  • Recent and relevant experience working with young people (this can be in an educational, coaching, or care setting)
