  • Managing behaviour professionally
  • Supporting pupils with their work
  • Handing back completed work to staff
  • Following safeguarding procedures

Perfect for graduates, career-changers, or aspiring trainee teachers.

You’re a Great Fit If You…
  • Are confident speaking to groups and this is provable through transferrable experience (Drama and Performance, Coaching, Summer School Camp Leadership)
  • Stay calm and positive under classroom environments
  • Enjoy supporting young people
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Have experience in tutoring, coaching, youth work or similar
  • Have the Right to Work in the UK
Free Training Provided

As part of Protocol Education, you’ll have free access to a wide range of CPD through our training academy. This includes behaviour management strategies, Team Teach de-escalation training, and the Thrive Approach, which is brilliant for understanding behaviour through a relational lens. You’ll also have access to subject and pedagogy-focused courses designed to strengthen your everyday classroom practice.
