Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with school productions, drama clubs, and enrichment activities
  • Managing classroom behaviour and supporting the wider pastoral needs of students
You'll be a great fit if you
  • Have experience working with young people in a school, theatre, or youth setting
  • Hold a degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject (not essential but desirable)
  • Are passionate about drama education and supporting student development
  • Have strong communication and classroom management skills
