A local government authority in Chorley seeks a Unit Catering Supervisor to lead catering services at St Peters Primary School. This part-time role (27.5 hours a week) involves cooking and serving high-quality meals to school children, supervising a team, and maintaining stock control. Lancashire County Council provides catering services to over 500 schools across Lancashire, serving over 60,000 school meals per day and we are looking for committed individuals to join the service.
You will lead and work as part of a team within St Peters Primary School, Chorley, producing fresh, high quality, healthy, balanced meals to school children each day. You must have previous experience in kitchens and a proven track record in a similar position.
Working Hours 27.5 per week, 5.5 hours per day. Monday – Friday, Term time only.
Plus, four cleaning days.
