Qualifications

RINA is currently recruiting for a UK Tender Advisor to join its office in Leatherhead within the RINA Consulting IFI Commercial and Tender Management Division.

What You'll Do
  • Manage Procurement Portals : Monitor portals, onboard new frameworks, and retrieve tender packs.
  • Support Client Onboarding : Handle requirements for new clients and maintain accurate records.
  • Scout Opportunities : Collaborate with Business Development to qualify potential bids.
  • Coordinate Tender Submissions : Assist with multiple bids and manage specific requirements independently.
  • Ensure Compliance : Review documents to meet client and company standards, resolving risks early.
  • Organise Documentation : Maintain clear, consistent proposal files and adhere to retention policies.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement : Capture feedback, track performance, and build a library of best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in commercial, bid, or business development (3+ years preferred).
  • Knowledge of UK public sector procurement rules and tender processes.
  • Strong planning, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Dynamics and MS Teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across international teams and meet tight deadlines.
Desirable
  • APMP Foundation certification.
  • Familiarity with the Shipley process.
  • Background in engineering or technical services.
