Job summary

A growing business in compliance solutions is seeking a proven sales professional to develop water hygiene contracts. The ideal candidate will work with high-profile clients and have the ambition to lead a sales team in the future. This role offers a basic salary between £55,000 and £65,000 with an uncapped commission structure, alongside opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience selling water hygiene contracts (ACoP L8 HTM 04-01 HSG274).
  • Experience working with high-profile clients in FM, healthcare, or commercial property.
  • Confident in winning new business and managing tenders/frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Win and develop new recurring revenue contracts in water hygiene.
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Build and lead a sales team as the business grows.

The Role

  • Sole contributor role initially with genuine scope to build and lead a sales team as the business grows
The Package
  • Basic salary : DOE
  • Car allowance : 450 p / m
  • Commission : Uncapped realistic OTE 80k with no ceiling
