The Role
  • Win and develop new recurring revenue contracts across water hygiene and legionella compliance
  • Work with high-profile clients across healthcare education FM and commercial property
  • Get involved in tenders frameworks and key account development
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Sole contributor role initially with genuine scope to build and lead a sales team as the business grows
The Package
  • Basic salary : DOE
  • Car allowance : 450 p / m
  • Commission : Uncapped realistic OTE 80k with no ceiling

The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience selling water hygiene contracts (ACoP L8 HTM 04-01 HSG274)
  • Strong sector network in FM healthcare education or commercial property

  • Equally confident winning new business and managing tenders / frameworks
