UK Sales Director, Fintech SaaS, £135,000 Basic, £250,000 OTE. Hybrid role with HQ in the City of London. We are seeking an exceptional, high-impact UK Sales Director to join a leading TradeTech software provider that is fundamentally disrupting the financial services sector. This pivotal role is based in the City of London and operates under a flexible hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 days from home). We are specifically looking for a professional who can walk in with a well‑established network and immediately drive enterprise‑level revenue growth. The role is with a high‑growth software firm serving some of the World's leading financial institutions. They are a significant disruptor, providing valuable tools that give traders on both the sell and buy sides a competitive edge.

  • You must have deep, demonstrable experience in the Fintech / Financial Software space.
  • You must walk in with an active, relevant, and extensive book of contacts across the full spectrum of financial institutions, including: Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Banks, Asset Managers, Financial Services Firms, Brokers, SWFs, Prop Traders, and Fund Managers.
  • You must have both a high IQ and EQ, and be used to thriving in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing, and data‑driven environment.
  • You will be the kind of person who uses data and metrics to track sales performance, generate actionable insights, and make every decision data‑driven.
  • This is a role for a closer and a coach.

Your Role as UK Sales Director
  • You will be a strategic sales leader responsible for developing and executing aggressive sales strategies to drive significant revenue growth and secure new enterprise clients.
  • You will lead, coach, and motivate a small, established City of London‑based sales team to maximise individual and collective performance.
  • You will serve as a mentor and coach, providing the constant guidance required in a fast‑paced environment.
  • You will be the lead force in winning new enterprise‑level clients by leveraging your extensive network.
  • You will collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and other teams to align sales efforts with the company's overall goals.
  • You will analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay relentlessly competitive.
