Role: UK Rail Support Coordinator

Location: Crewe

Are you highly organised, detail‑oriented, and ready to play a key role in supporting one of the UK’s leading rail freight operators? Join Freightliner as a UK Rail Support Coordinator and help keep our operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do

In this varied and fast‑paced role, you’ll be the backbone of our UK Rail Support team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing fleet administration – from lease vehicles and short‑term hires to fuel cards and toll payments.
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices accurately through our procurement system.
  • Maintaining compliance and accuracy with audits on taxi invoices, Oyster cards, and mileage logs.
  • Coordinating PPE, ID badges, and essential equipment for new starters.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations across UK Rail locations.
  • Supporting IT processes for iPads and mobile devices.
  • Handling ad‑hoc tasks and problem‑solving to keep everything on track.
