Qualifications

  • Broad in-house experience and preferably additional private practice experience.
  • Experience supporting internal clients across multiple functions and jurisdictions.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating in a cross-border team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support on strategic initiatives and day-to-day matters.
  • Manage company secretarial matters for legal entities.
  • Advise on contract renewals, disputes, and supplier management.

Skills

Strong generalist legal background
Experience in commercial law
Ability to manage diverse legal work
Fluency in English

Education

LL.B / Law Degree or equivalent
UK-qualified solicitor
Minimum 8 years PQE
