Qualifications

• Experience supporting TUPE processes in the UK.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience in fast-paced or multi-site businesses is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support for UK employees.
• Support employee relations processes including disciplinaries and grievances.
• Coordinate and manage TUPE transfers and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR records in HRIS systems.
• Champion employee engagement and well-being.
