  • Hands-on growth and marketing experience in a startup or scale-up.
  • Proven track record of building & scaling at least one growth channel from scratch.
  • Strong analytical skills, confidence with Google Sheets and funnel metrics.
  • High ownership mindset to turn vague problems into clear plans.
  • Able to execute landing pages, tracking and experiments.
  • Deep understanding of the UK market, ideally London.
  • Native-like level of English with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and scale new acquisition and retention channels.
  • Own UK go-to-market execution from experiments to growth loops.
  • Design, run and analyze high-cadence growth experiments.
  • Build dashboards to guide weekly decisions.
  • Continuously improve UK city launch playbook.
