Job Description

This is a senior leadership role, combining strategic franchise development with operational execution across the UK market.

  • Acquire and onboard franchise partners, selling franchise packages and supporting setup
  • Work with external franchise consultants to refine market entry strategy and pricing
  • Identify and propose real estate locations for franchisees
  • Represent the brand at UK events, including a soft launch in January and a major franchise trade show in March.
  • Drive commercial success and ensure franchisee profitability

The Successful Applicant

A commercially driven franchise leader with a strong track record in UK market development.

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in franchise sales and partner acquisition in the UK
  • Proven ability to build and scale franchise networks from the ground up.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or related sectors is advantageous.

This is a UK wide role, with a preference for a candidate based in London / South East or Midlands.
