Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least 5 years of in-house experience.
• Strong knowledge of Consumer Credit Act and Financial Services litigation.
• Experience managing or working with foreign lawyers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a point of reference for the Consumer Litigation Team.
• Manage and advise on diverse consumer litigation cases.
• Communicate concise legal advice at pace to senior stakeholders.

Skills

Extensive civil litigation experience

Knowledge of Consumer Duty

Fluency in English

Experience with financial services litigation

Ability to manage junior lawyers

Education

England & Wales qualified Solicitor
