TEKEVER Defence is responsible for the development and delivery of TEKEVER’s offering to the defence market, with a core focus to deliver innovative, battle‑winning capabilities to NATO defence partners. It is divided into five main departments : Capability, Delivery, Operations, Test and Evaluation, and Business Development and Strategy.
This role sits within TEKEVER Defence’s growing Defence Operations function, responsible for supporting our customers through active deployments across the world.
As a Safety Pilot you will play a critical role in the delivery of missions through monitoring flight operations, mitigating hazards performing real‑time interventions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
You will be a team player, capable of operating within complex and challenging environments. You will drive improvement in TEKEVER products through continuous feedback on performance and limitations, and be passionate about solving problems to deliver excellence for our customers.
You will be expected to travel frequently to customer locations in the UK, Portugal, US and Europe.
You will be required to work for a minimum of 3 days a week in South West England when not on active deployment.
