Turkish-Speaking Behaviour Mentor - ASAP Start

Milk Education is working in partnership with a secondary academy in Enfield to recruit a proactive and compassionate Turkish‑Speaking Behaviour Mentor for an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support students in a secondary school environment, helping them manage behaviour, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with students, staff, and parents to provide tailored guidance and mentoring, particularly for Turkish‑speaking learners who may need additional language and cultural support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring for Turkish‑speaking students
  • Support positive behaviour and emotional well‑being across the school
  • Liaise with teachers, pastoral staff, and parents to monitor progress
  • Develop and implement behaviour strategies and action plans
