Overview

Our client is seeking a full time Trust Officer / Senior Trust Officer, with relevant experience in the fiduciary sector, who will be willing to work in a small, open plan office with a family atmosphere.

Requirements / Qualifications

Ideally, a minimum of 3-5 years' appropriate experience in offshore trust and company business. STEP qualification or in progress, or willing to study for the qualification.

Responsibilities

Prerequisites for this key role include an ability to work on one's own initiative to win the confidence of clients and intermediaries. Attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise the day-to-day workload is essential. A good understanding of trust and company administration, together with a good working knowledge of the accounting and legal aspects of trusts and companies is required. An excellent understanding of Microsoft365 including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams; accounting packages and online banking systems. Experience with Acumen as the client data and accounting package and M-Files as the document management system would be advantageous but not a requirement as full training will be provided.
