We are working in partnership with an Independent Healthcare provider in Somerset, who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Triage Nurse (Band 6 equivalent) to join a dynamic endoscopy service. Up to £46,300 (depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits including 27 days annual leave + BH

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Sunday rota)

Duties

• Assess and prioritise all endoscopy referrals in line with national guidelines and clinical urgency.
• Liaise closely with clinicians to ensure accurate information, appropriate investigations, and safe patient bookings.
• Provide expert clinical input to support triage, nurse-led processes, and overall service efficiency.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation, upholding governance, confidentiality, and safety standards.
• Contribute to staff development, training initiatives, and continuous service improvement.
• Participate actively in audits, governance meetings, and the enhancement of endoscopy pathways.

Requirements :

To be considered for this role, you must :

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Hold a valid NMC registration.
• Possess a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience, ideally within a pre-assessment setting.
• Demonstrate evidence of continued professional development (CPD).
