Qualifications

• Experience with Orthopaedic and Trauma products is desirable.
• Skills in workshop demonstrations and training.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Outperform the market and exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Maximise current Trauma business and create impact plans.
• Become a product expert within the first month.
• Lead in theatre surgical procedures and assist surgeons.
• Research, develop and execute business plans.
• Lead Stryker strategy and optimise customer relationships.
• Establish and promote educational requirements.
• Attend and assist in delivering high-quality events.

Skills

Successful sales experience within the Medical Device industry

Strong existing relationships in the territory
