Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: NIGHT SHIFT - Sunday to Thursday - 22:00pm until 06:00am

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will;

• Contact customers about delivery issues, raise incident reports and agree corrective actions
• Daily brief and de-brief of drivers
• Produce accurate daily and weekly KPI's ensuring they are distributed on time
• Dealing with call from drivers while liasing with the warehouse team
